Project Purpose : Overall objective is to raise awareness and contribute to improvement of the local capacity on Climate Change by introducing the issue of with effective and innovative methods in the region. Specific Objectives are to identify the existing level of awareness on Climate Change adaptation and mitigation practices in Bilecik,  to organize trainings, one panel and workshops according to the data collected, to reduce provincial CO2 emissions by changing lifestyles and consumption habits, to store the data collected during the entire process on digital and virtual media so, to contribute to long-term provincial ecological development, awareness raising and capacity building activities on Climate Change along with national and international level.

Activities/ Outputs :

1. Preparation and realization of all kinds of services and equipment procurement (2000 pencils, 1 Signboard, 4 Banners, 3000 Brochures, 500 Recyclable Cloth Bags, 1000 Notebooks, 500 USB Sticks, 4 Roll-ups, 16 Swallowtail Flags, 4 Ad Tarpaulins, 1 Metal Signboard for the Memorial Forest, 10 Billboards)
2. Conducting an Opening Ceremony with 180 participants.
3. Training of the trainers will be delivered and study visits will be conducted.
4. Surveys will be conducted in the number of 12000.
5. An Awareness Assessment Survey will be conducted tom10000 students, 1000 teachers, 250 public employees and NGOs.
6. CO2 Footprint Surveys will be conducted to 500 families.
7. Trainings to teachers, public body and NGO staffs will be delivered. An Eco-Panel will be conducted.
8. Project Website will be updated, Social Networks, local media, EU CASC meetings will be planned.
9. An international conference will be conducted.
10. A project book and DVD will be published as 100 copies.
